Exchange and Return Policy
An item may be returned for
an exchange of the same value or greater. Shipping charges are not refundable.
E-mail us at info@shakashoes.com within 7 days of receipt of item so
we can discuss the return and issue you a Return Authorization Number
(RA#) and shipping instructions.
Do not return your product without first contacting customer service.
We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please include your order number and specific reasons for return (ie:
too small, too big, manufacturing deflect…). The buyer is responsible
for paying all shipping charges on all returned items. New items that
have been used, worn or are damaged will not be taken for exchange credit
and will be returned to the buyer at buyers expense. The best bet to
avoid a return is to look the item over carefully, ask questions if
need be via e-mail, then make your purchase.
Any unauthorized returns without RA#’s will be donated to charitable
organizations.
Turnaround time for exchanges and returns, with shipping, is about three
(3) weeks, but may vary.
